Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman
Owns execution of Illinois Epsilon's Balanced Man Scholarship as both a scholarship program and a critical recruitment system, managing the entire process and ensuring candidates transition into recruitment.
Key responsibility areas
- Manages the BMS process, developing and executing the annual timeline from marketing launch through final follow-up.
- Drives applicant engagement through marketing, applications, communications and relationships with applicants and families.
- Leads the selection process, training interviewers and maintaining consistent interview and scoring standards.
- Coordinates the BMS experience, planning the finalist and scholarship presentation experience with chapter partners.
