Vice President, Recruitment
Drives the recruitment process to increase both the number and quality of members through ongoing recruitment efforts based on SigEp values, and ensures a disciplined flow of future prospects.
Key responsibility areas
- Builds a year-round recruitment campaign.
- Sets manpower and recruitment goals and standards.
- Builds, trains and leads the recruitment committee.
- Conducts post-cycle analysis and reviews progress to goal.
- Updates and manages the prospect pipeline and next actions.
- Coordinates the recruitment experience across the Balanced Man Scholarship, communications and onboarding.
