The Two Tracks

Leadership first. Career guidance where you want it.

Leadership development is core for every mentee. Professional and career development is optional.

Track 1 — Core

Leadership Development

Leadership development is the heart of the program. Every mentee works in the areas where he needs to grow.

Communication & Influence

Speak with clarity, run effective meetings and inspire brothers to action.

Team Building

Recruit, develop and motivate — turning a group of members into a high-performing chapter.

Decision-Making

Weigh trade-offs, navigate conflict and lead with confidence when the path is unclear.

Vision & Goal Setting

Define and align on chapter vision, then set SMART goals to achieve it.

Delegation

Give real ownership to other brothers instead of carrying every task personally.

Accountability

Set clear expectations, follow through and hold brothers to their commitments.

Judgment

Make values-based calls under pressure and know when to seek guidance.

Track 2 — Optional

Professional + Career Development

Chosen by mentees who want targeted career guidance. Entirely optional and layered on top of leadership development.

Courses & Projects

Practical direction from an alumnus working in the field.

Resume Development

Build a resume that shows real results, not just responsibilities.

LinkedIn / Personal Brand

Shape a professional story and presence that opens doors.

Interviewing

Practice real interviews and learn to communicate your value with confidence.

Networking

Build genuine professional relationships and learn how to maintain them.

Industry Exploration

Understand roles, career paths and what the work actually looks like.

Internship Strategy

Target the right opportunities and prepare to earn them.

Job-Search Strategy

Build a search plan and use referrals to land a first meaningful role.

Where possible, mentees requesting career guidance are paired with alumni familiar with their field of study or professional interest.
