Chaplain
Stewards the chapter's Ritual and leads the Standards Board — the chapter's judicial branch — helping bring SigEp's values into everyday chapter life while ensuring standards are administered fairly, consistently and procedurally.
Key responsibility areas
- Leads and guides the Standards Board and ensures standards are applied fairly, consistently and confidentially.
- Stewards the Ritual, planning its education and performance and caring for Ritual equipment.
- Keeps chapter standards, bylaws and member expectations current and understood.
- Reinforces positive chapter culture by recognizing brothers who model chapter values and addressing accountability issues.
- Partners with Member Development and Programming on Ritual, Rites of Passage and member-safety priorities.
