Vice President, Finance
Serves as the chief financial officer of the chapter. Responsible for overseeing all fiscal operations, managing budget allocations and ensuring financial stability while objectively enforcing accountability across the chapter.
Key responsibility areas
- Builds the annual operating budget and monitors budget-to-actual spend.
- Manages chapter finances — bank accounts, dues, collections, spending, reimbursements and financial controls.
- Provides regular financial updates to the Executive Board and monthly reports to the AVC.
- Ensures financial compliance, reviews major contracts and commitments, and meets tax filing and financial review requirements.
