Vice President, Learning Communities
The chapter's academic and learning-environment leader, responsible for driving academic success by establishing an environment that advances academic excellence, university collaboration, ethical leadership and career readiness.
Key responsibility areas
- Leads academic success efforts by promoting campus resources, tutoring and effective academic practices.
- Leads the Learning Community committee and builds relationships with faculty, university partners and content experts.
- Develops educational programming that complements the Balanced Man Program and chapter goals.
- Manages Learning Community accreditation and maintains required documentation and evidence.
- Coordinates academic intervention and support plans, partnering with the Standards Board on academic standards.

- Leverages other board members to monitor academic accountability and run progress check-ins.

- Objectively holds brothers responsible for academic standards and follows through on consequences.
