Vice President, Member Development

Accountable for leading the chapter's member development experience through the Balanced Man Program, fostering continuous growth throughout each brother's undergraduate experience — not just during the new member period.

Key responsibility areas

  • Leads and improves the Balanced Man Program to ensure relevant, values-based member development.
  • Coordinates developmental programming and leaders, including challenge coordinators, committees and chapter partners.
  • Monitors member progress and engagement, addressing gaps and ensuring timely challenge completion.
  • Leverages internal and external resources — alumni, university partners and subject-matter experts — to strengthen programming.

Coaching & Mentoring
Develops and supports challenge coordinators and other chapter leaders.
Influence & Collaboration
Builds relationships, gains buy-in and guides leaders without direct authority.
