Ask your mentor
- “How do you run a project plan when nobody reports to you?”
- “Where am I doing work that a committee member should own?”
- “How do I say no to an event the chapter wants but cannot execute well?”
- “How do I build risk management into planning without killing the fun?”
Development ideas
- Bring your event plan and timeline for a mentor review before the next major event.
- Build a post-event debrief template and use it every time.
- Assign one event fully to a committee member and coach him through it.
